Everyday Athlete Run Club meets every Wednesday at 5:30 AM at Songbird Coffee & Tea House in downtown Phoenix. Runners choose a 2.5- or 3.5-mile route, with several leaders so no one has to run alone, and then go back to the cafe for coffee. There are no pace requirements.
